Redirecting ...

A conversation before a curriculum.

Tell me what’s ahead.
We’ll shape the learning.

You don’t need a finished brief. Tell me what your team is facing, what they already know and what you’d like them to be able to do.

I’ll help connect those needs to the curriculum, practical work and pace. We can discuss the trade-offs around your available time, delivery format and team’s starting point.

Understand the requirement
The work ahead, the learners and where they need support.
Shape a useful route
Skills to practise, an appropriate scope and realistic time for learning.
Agree how to work together
Curriculum, schedule, delivery, progress reviews and commercials before training.

We are still shaping the requirement and would appreciate your guidance.

Could we discuss our starting point, practical goals and a suitable learning path?
